PREVIEW OF COMING EVENTS

W.A.Wildflowers and National Parks. The intention is to hire one or more minivans from Perth and travel either north or south for about 1000km, looking at and walking in accessible National parks.

2008 is my preference and September is the best month for wildflowers. We would go for 2 weeks, or 4 weeks if people wanted to do both north and south.

Accommodation would be in self catering cabins where available.

Contact John C if you are interested. The plans are flexible.

Walking in Slovenia. I am proposing a 2 weeks walking holiday at Kranjska Gora in the Julian Alps of Slovenia.I have not been there but the area looks very scenic with a good range of walks.

There is a sufficient range of accommodation at prices a little lower than many other parts of Europe.

Probably we would go in May 2009,but like the W.A. trip the details are flexible.

If you are interested contact John C
